Scope

  • Definition and implementation of the budget process:
    • Construction of the supporting sheet for the preparation of the budget and respective follow-up and management control;
    • Conduct a training session;
  • Definition and implementation of the Business Objectives Model:
    • Providing support to the heads of the organisational units in drawing up their proposal for specific objectives and the respective indicators;
    • Consolidation of proposals and construction of a matrix of objectives and indicators for the company;
    • Follow-up of the meetings with the Board of Directors to discuss each manager’s proposal;
    • Discussion on targets to be achieved in the coming year;
    • Preparation of a manual on budget and business objectives systems.
