Luísa Neto Pereira provides Business Consultancy, Coaching and capacity building Programmes for organisations, teams and leaders.

Created in 2013, the company operates through its own projects or partnerships, always with the objective of doing a quality job that meets the client’s needs.

Training and experience in the areas of Business Consultancy and Coaching, and a professional career shaped by very different organisational cultures, permit collaboration with companies of different sizes, from the widest range of sectors.

  • She leads and participates in consultancy projects for business models, organisational design, process modelling and performance instruments, standing out for her wide-ranging experience in designing and implementing new organisational systems and managing the change required to bring these new systems on stream.
  • She is an executive and team coach, leading and collaborating on cultural transformation and performance improvement programmes.
  • She coordinates a pool of coaches and is a coach mentor.
  • She has led and participated in the definition of business plans, economic and financial evaluation of companies, as well as impact assessment of projects and initiatives.
  • She was a Strategy and Business Architecture manager at Accenture and a member of the senior staff at Optimus and CGD.
