Scope
- Assess the following aspects of the human development programme:
- The extent to which the programme matches the socioeconomic reality in which it is be applied;
- The structure and organisation of the programme;
- The way in which the programme operates;
- The outcomes, benefits and impacts achieved.
Benefits
- Clarification of the outcomes and impacts and reflection on what has been learned;
- Improvement of the design of the new programme, in order to underpin the impacts and benefits to be attained;
- Changes to the programme management system, to drive greater process efficiency and enhance the quality of the support given to decision-making.
