Scope
- Definition and implementation of the budget process:
- Construction of the supporting sheet for the preparation of the budget and respective follow-up and management control;
- Conduct a training session;
- Definition and implementation of the Business Objectives Model:
- Providing support to the heads of the organisational units in drawing up their proposal for specific objectives and the respective indicators;
- Consolidation of proposals and construction of a matrix of objectives and indicators for the company;
- Follow-up of the meetings with the Board of Directors to discuss each manager’s proposal;
- Discussion on targets to be achieved in the coming year;
- Preparation of a manual on budget and business objectives systems.
